Tapered roller bearings are separate bearings. The inner and outer rings of the bearing have tapered raceways. This type of bearing is divided into different structural types such as single row, double row and four row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rows of rollers installed. Single row tapered roller bearings can bear radial loads and axial loads in one direction. When the bearing is subjected to a radial load, an axial component force will be generated, so another bearing that can withstand the axial force in the opposite direction is needed to balance it. The tapered roller bearing contains sections of a cone as a load-carrying element. These rollers fit between the two races that are also sections of a hollow cone. If the races and the axes of rollers were extended, they would all meet at a common point. Tapered roller bearings are designed to handle higher axial loads besides radial loads. The larger the half-angle of this common cone, the more axial load it can sustain. Thus they work as thrust bearings as well as radial load bearings.
  • 33200 Series Tapered Roller Bearings

    33200 Series Tapered Roller Bearings

The 33200 series consists of heavy-duty, wide-profile single row tapered roller bearings featuring a steep contact angle (approximately 28° to 32°). Among all single-row series, this series offers the highest axial load-carrying capacity; its wide profile also ensures outstanding radial load capacity, making it specifically designed for mining equipment and heavy-duty axial load applications. Bearing the diameter series code "32" and a contact angle of approximately 28° to 32°, the 33200 series...

  • 33100 Series Tapered Roller Bearings

    33100 Series Tapered Roller Bearings

The 33100 series tapered roller bearings feature a "wide series" design with a medium contact angle (approximately 20° to 25°). Characterized by a moderate outer diameter and greater width, they offer balanced radial and axial load-carrying capacities with a focus on heavy loads. These bearings are specialized models designed for the travel mechanisms of construction machinery and for heavy-duty gearboxes. The 33100 series single row tapered roller bearings carry the diameter series code "31" a...

  • 32900 Series Tapered Roller Bearings

    32900 Series Tapered Roller Bearings

The 32900 series tapered roller bearings feature an ultra-thin-walled, compact design with minimal outer diameters and narrow widths. They are indispensable in applications where radial space is extremely limited, such as small gearboxes, precision wheel hubs, and space-constrained transmission mechanisms. As a single row tapered roller bearing series with a diameter series code of "29" and a contact angle of approximately 12° to 18°, this series offers the most compact radial dimensions among...
