Product Overview
The UCPH series is a high-center variant of the UCP pillow block; the shaft center height (the distance from the base bottom to the shaft centerline) is greater than that of the standard UCP. High-center housings are selected when the shaft needs to be elevated above the mounting surface or when clearance is required beneath the shaft for other components (such as other shafts, piping, or mechanisms).

The Pillow block Bearings are essentially a variant of Deep Groove Ball Bearings; they are characterized by a spherical outer diameter surface on the outer ring, allowing them to fit into a corresponding concave spherical seat within the bearing housing to provide self-aligning capability. These bearings are primarily designed to accommodate combined radial and axial loads—with radial loads predominating—and are generally unsuitable for bearing axial loads in isolation.
