The pillow block Bearings are essentially a variant of deep groove ball bearings; they are characterized by a spherical outer diameter surface on the outer ring, allowing them to fit into a corresponding concave spherical seat within the bearing housing to provide self-aligning capability. These bearings are primarily designed to accommodate combined radial and axial loads—with radial loads predominating—and are generally unsuitable for bearing axial loads in isolation. They come pre-lubricated with an appropriate amount of lubricant, requiring neither cleaning nor re-lubrication prior to installation. When securing the bearing to the shaft via the set screw located on the extended inner ring, the applied axial load must not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load. Insert bearings with eccentric locking collars function similarly to those with set screws, the key difference being that the locking screw is located on the eccentric collar rather than the inner ring. Bearings with a tapered bore feature a 1:12 taper, allowing for direct mounting onto a tapered shaft or installation onto a plain shaft (without a shoulder) using an adapter sleeve, while also permitting fine adjustment of the internal clearance.Pillow Block Bearings can be classified into three types based on their locking method: UC (set screw), UEL (eccentric sleeve), and UK (adapter sleeve). Commonly matched cast bearing seats include vertical seat (P), narrow vertical seat (PA), high center vertical seat (PH), square seat (F), convex square seat (FS), convex circular seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), annular seat (C), slider seat (T), suspension seat (HA), adjustable diamond seat (FA), and suspension bearing seat (FB);
  • UCPH Series Pillow Block Bearings

    UCPH Series Pillow Block Bearings

The UCPH series is a high-center variant of the UCP pillow block; the shaft center height (the distance from the base bottom to the shaft centerline) is greater than that of the standard UCP. High-center housings are selected when the shaft needs to be elevated above the mounting surface or when clearance is required beneath the shaft for other components (such as other shafts, piping, or mechanisms). The pillow block Bearings are essentially a variant of deep groove ball bearings; they are cha...

  • UCPA Series Pillow Block Bearings

    UCPA Series Pillow Block Bearings

The UCPA series is a narrow-profile variant of the UCP pillow block unit. Featuring a narrower base width than the standard UCP, it is designed for applications where installation space is limited and the available width cannot accommodate a standard housing. These units typically utilize stamped steel or narrow cast iron housings; consequently, load-bearing capacity is reduced, making them suitable for light-duty applications. Pillow Block Bearing is a bearing unit combined roller bearing and...

  • UCFC Series Pillow Block Bearings

    UCFC Series Pillow Block Bearings

The UCFC series features a circular flange with a central pilot (locating boss). During installation, the pilot fits into a corresponding locating hole on the equipment panel, ensuring precise coaxial alignment. Secured by four bolts, this series is suitable for drive applications requiring high coaxiality and precise positioning. The pillow block Bearings are essentially a variant of deep groove ball bearings; they are characterized by a spherical outer diameter surface on the outer ring, allo...

  • UCT Series Pillow Block Bearings

    UCT Series Pillow Block Bearings

The UCT series, also known as take-up bearing units, features guide slots on both sides of the housing, allowing for axial sliding along the rails of a matching frame. These units are primarily used in the tensioning systems of belt and chain conveyors; by adjusting the position of the bearing housing to alter the shaft center distance, the tension of the belt or chain can be regulated. The pillow block Bearings are essentially a variant of deep groove ball bearings; they are characterized by...

  • UCFL Series Pillow Block Bearings

    UCFL Series Pillow Block Bearings

The UCFL series features an oval (rhomboid) flanged housing secured to a vertical mounting surface via two bolts. Compared to the square-flanged UCF series, the UCFL is smaller, lighter, and requires less installation space, making it ideal for light-duty applications where space is limited. The pillow block Bearings are essentially a variant of deep groove ball bearings; they are characterized by a spherical outer diameter surface on the outer ring, allowing them to fit into a corresponding co...

  • UCF Series Pillow Block Bearings

    UCF Series Pillow Block Bearings

The UCF series features a square flanged bearing housing that is secured via four bolts to a mounting surface perpendicular to the shaft (such as the side wall of a machine or the end face of a housing). The bearing axis is perpendicular to the mounting surface, making this series suitable for applications where mounting from beneath the base is not possible and the shaft must be secured from the side. Pillow Block Bearing is a bearing unit combined roller bearing and housing together. Most of t...

  • UCP Series Pillow Block Bearings

    UCP Series Pillow Block Bearings

The UCP series represents the most versatile and widely used standard product line among pillow block bearings. These units feature a vertical, rectangular-base housing secured by two bolts to a horizontal mounting surface parallel to the shaft, supporting the rotating shaft from below. They are supplied ready-to-use, with the insert ball bearing already pressed into the cast-iron housing and pre-filled with grease and seals. UCP series housed units feature the set screw locking (UC) bearing ins...
